Today I met with a lovely bride to be, Sam.  Sam is half Jamaican and has afro type hair and she advised me that she did not warn me in advance of her hair type incase I turned her away.  This most surprised me as I find all hair a joy to work with and anything different to the normal is always an enjoyable challenge for me.  Sam felt that many like herself, are often turned away or met with hesitation due to her hair type and sometimes salon prices are more expensive as they have to have a senior member of staff work with their hair.  This explains why I hardly have any customers with this type of hair visit me.  I welcome everyone with every kind of hair and I wish more ladies like Sam would come to me so I can prove that they can have wonderful bridal hairstyles with their beautiful hair.  Sam is getting married in July, here are a few photos of her trial.  The first is Sam, after straightening her hair before the trial.
